The State government has appointed Vikrama Simhapuri University (VSU) Registrar V. Narayana Reddy as in-charge for the university, as Vice-Chancellor C.R. Visweswara Rao is on a foreign tour.
Mr. Narayana Reddy will act as in-charge and monitor the activities of the university in absence of Mr. Rao, according to a press release.
Meanwhile, the VSU in-charge and staff complimented K. Ramesh Reddy for being selected for ‘Best Motivator' award. Mr. Ramesh Reddy, an assistant professor of VSU, played a key role in motivating the youth and organising blood donation camps. He participated in several motivation programmes arranged by NSS and Indian Red Cross Society and helped many patients by supplying blood in emergency, said the registrar.
