SKILLS          : Excellent communicator, High Level of interpersonal skills, Integrity, Dedication, Teamwork                            and Cross - Cultural Adaptability
    Curricular/ Teaching Contributions
    Contribution to Curriculum development:
    • Developed a pragmatically exponential spiritual dimension of Anthropological and Trans- Sociological research as an advanced genre.
    • With a profound belief in tempering sociological studies with scientific outlook, I have guided many a student to work towards Millennium Development Goals and Inclusive Growth.
    • Contributed to a more socially coherent and psycho-dimensionally imbibing curriculum to PG as well as advanced studies.
    • Evolved new teaching methods by encouraging Discussions, Field-studies, reaching the masses directly for evaluative and contemplative processes for first hand information and social mapping.
    New teaching methods evolved
    • Recognizing spirituality as the determinant and the psycho-denominator as an inalienable strand in Indian psyche, I have directed substantial studies on the socio-religious subliminality of the Anthropological studies and yielding productive results in affecting the policy framing of the governments focusing on marked down-cast communities. To substantiate, my first Ph.D is on the “Development Programmes in a Primitive Tribal Group: The Konda Reddy of A.P”
    • As a Coordinator conducted “Public Hearing on Rehabilitation of Devadasis in A.P held at Tirupati in August 2001 for National Commission for Women, New Delhi.
    New teaching models/aids designed
    • I took my research to the classroom to help the students inculcate the spirit of intuition and emulation. I believe in the infinite influence of the teacher that comprises teaching, guiding, participating, marketing and innovating – the principal facets of every teacher that should be role-played with perfection and should be emulated by the taught.
    Learner centered methods practiced
    • Encouraged the students to give seminar talks, PPTs to gain rich insights into the subject.
    • Used modern technical gadgets for demonstration and for procuring advanced insights into the subjects.
