Time value of money: Future value, cost of debt, cost of equity, cost of preference shares and cost of capital. Cash flow estimation, incremental cash flow.
Capital Budgeting: Traditional methods, discounted cash flow methods. Risk analysis – leasing, concept of real options.
UNIT-IV
Capital structure planning, EBIT-EPS analysis, Dividend decisions, M-M Hypothesis, Dividend policy in practice, Working capital – estimation. Cash, inventory and receivables management.
