Principal Secretary, Higher Education, M. G. Gopal released the third newsletter ‘Shruti' of Vikrama Simhapuri University (VSU) here on Saturday.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr.Gopal said the university should aim at developing employable skills of students along with their orientation essential for the development of the nation.
The university should also develop a mechanism to evaluate research activities, examination practices, and academic inputs in order to bridge the gap between the vision statement and fulfilment of those objectives could be identified and corrective measures be taken.
VSU Vice-Chancellor C.R.Visweswara Rao, Registrar V.Narayana Reddy, CDC Dean T.Sudha, Kavali PG Centre Special Officer Shiva Shankar and other staff participated in the programme.
