Rich tributes were paid to Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy on the occasion of his 62nd birth anniversary. Vikrama Simhapuri University (VSU) Vice-Chancellor C.R. Visweswara Rao garlanded the portrait of Mr. Reddy and paid tributes to the departed leader in university seminar hall in Nellore on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Rao said with a view to provide higher education to rural students, YSR established varsities at district-level.
